What is style anyway? GUi-X is composed by 4 eclectic musicians influenced by very contrasting styles. When fused together, they produce an engaging blend of Trip Hop-Grunge, Electronic-Rock or Metal-Jazz, Alternative Post-rock depending on the day... All we can say is that they are able to rock and yell, and capable of making a cover sound completely different from the original....as well as hitting you in the face with their own songs. To give you an example, how many times have you seen an upright bass playing a cover by Soundgarden or Björk? Or a bossanova with Metal chords?
