Black Sea is a band with roots all over the pleasant lands of Southern England, from Somerset to London. They've been together a while now, a few great years of hissy fits and bad planning. Having met at university, they started out writing over the top rock songs about city life and finance workers. This evolved into songs with a bit more meaning when they started writing more and more, tending to churn out a lot of material, usually with 3 or 4 songs in the works most of the time. A bit of blues, a touch of rock, a hint of metal, a smidgen of stoner, a tad of swing = some songs.
