The Basics are a new London based band made up of 5 Musicians looking to take over your IPods.
Taking the best bits from local bands, they have been writing together since last year. Pat, Ash and Tony have been jamming for a long time together, working on tracks and covers and once their main bands split they thought the time was right to start a new chapter in music. The search for a new singer started and stumbled across Kev on Tony’s drunken birthday party back in January. Tony and Kev done a few numbers on the Karaoke, Pat had visions of Kev and Tony doing Vocals together. After a few months writing tracks the search for a drummer started. They met Devon at a rehearsal studio thru mutual friends and the line-up was complete.
